Divorce Attorneys can not represent both husband and wife

The relationship you have with your lawyer is sacrosanct. Because of your competing interests, an  attorney can 't ethically represent you both in a  divorce , no matter how agreeable the terms are to each side yer M, whether for a divorce or another issue, the lawyer is ethically charged with holding what you say to him/her as confidential.
